- in the online store, the buyer provides personal data with their consent in order to conclude a distance contract for the purchase of goods.

- the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided; iport.lv does not verify the data provided by the customer.
- by providing their data, the customer agrees that the data is processed in order to register the buyer as a user of the online store and to provide the relevant services.

- iport.lv websites may contain links to third-party websites that have their own terms of use and personal data protection rules, for which iport.lv is not responsible.
